New master cylinder solved the issue of air in the lines. It now bleeds as it should. It still seems to be putting more pressure towards the rear... I can only assume I have some lines mixed up. This cleared the fluid all up as well.

Note to self... rebuilt master cylinders are cheaper and more trust worthy than junkyard pieces.
