I have up for sale my 1985 F350. It's a crew cab/long bed truck with single rear wheels. It's got a 460 and a T-19 4 speed transmission, and it only has 78,000 miles. The truck was originally bought by the state of South Carolina as a chassis-cab truck, where it was used as a prisoner work truck. They used it until they upgraded to newer trucks, and it sat in one of their lots until they liquidated some of their inventory a few years ago, and it was sold at auction. It was bought by a guy up in Loganville, GA, who used it as a work truck for a while, then sold it to a guy out in Monroe, GA, who bought the truck, and let it sit in front of his shop. He had it for about two or three years, and never drove it, and never even bothered to register it. Eventually, he got tired of it taking up space, put a bed on it, and sold it to me back in January of this year.
Pros:
Low Mileage
New Clutch, Flywheel, Starter, and Clutch MC
New Carburetor
Kenwood head unit with iPod USB hook-up
Kenwood speakers
No Rust
Factory Tach (installed by me)
Mud Tires
Dual Tanks
EGR Delete
True Dual Exhaust
Flowmaster mufflers
New Spark Plugs
Taylor Cable spark plug wires
Cons:
No A/C
Leaks a very small amount of oil from the drain plug
Rip in driver's side of front seat
Mis-matched door panels
Needs paint
Overall, it's a very solid truck, and would make an excellent work truck, or a project that doesn't need very much work.
