anyone know where I can get the speedo gear that goes on end of cable?

my 1961 Econoline 3 speed manual is reading about 5 mph too fast because of aftermarket wheels ( checked with a cool i-phone app!)

anyone got an idea how many teeth to change 1, 2 or?
