Get your meter or testlight out, and when the relay clicks, see if you have power at the inertia switch that you reset. See if you have power going in and coming out. If it's not going in, you know the problem is upstream. If you have power coming out, then you know the problem is downstream of the switch. Of course you know where the problem is if you have power going into the switch and nothing coming out.
