check #22 fuse under the hood,it plugs in to the d/s of the fuel filter resavor/canister its a red wire with a green stripe, it runs the fewl heater, dont need it above 39 degrees but you will need to install a new fuel heater its a round disc under the fuel filter /remove filter and center plastic guide ,use a 13/16 crows foot wrench and REMBER ITS REVERSE THREADS ,,,LEFT HANDED THREAD EMAIL ME AT BUCKEYE286 AT YAHOO.COM , I CAN FILL YA IN ON A LOT ABOUT THE 7.3 T/D
