ok, its running. here is what i did to the fuses.....

on my fuse box, the #16 slot, which is the 4th big fuse on the passenger side of the box. its a 30amp.
and the #19 slot, the 7th big fuse on that same side. its a 20amp.
Both were blown. Dont know why. One of them corrected the problem, and im not sure what the other one was for.
