1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ Sport 4dr 4.0 I6 Full Time 4wd - $3,000

Not enough time and too many vehicles. I hate to get rid of this but it makes the most sense. I've got 2 more vehicles to get rid of too.

The Good:
-1998 Jeep Cherokee
-4 door
-Inline 6 cylinder
-NP242 full time transfer case (I swapped out the NP232)
-New axle shaft u-joints
-New front driveshaft u-joints (all of them)
-Very recent brakes
-I have extra parts: lube lockers (3x8.25 - 4xD30), brake soft lines, ANL fuse kit for upgraded battery wires
-4 Napa air filters
-Factory Service Manual included
-I just replaced the fuel pump regulator and fuel pre-filters

The Bad:
-155,xxx miles (fairly tough city miles in Boone winter weather)
-Been in the mountains since 38,000 (I bought it in 2001)
-Some guy hit me around 109,000 but I replaced all the parts (radiator, condensor, etc)
-Steering wheel has the leather worn off (I have an extra steering wheel, and a wrap)
-Driver's side rocker is starting to rust
-Suspension is very tired (replace this and I would have no trouble running it for another 100,000)
-AC doesnt work when it's really hot, I think the compressor clutch is slipping.

I've attached my service log. Only thing I did before I started the service log was oil and oil filter. It's in fairly good shape considering the life it's had. The suspension probably needs the most attention, kinda rusty, shocks are shot. Just not enough time, and I don't have a decent place to wrench on it.
Let me know if you're interested. If I don't generate any interest, I'll let CarMax have it.
