lower part of the pic is the control arm for your inside lever to open the door. Remove that so it can fall down and get out of the way.

Right hand side of the pic is the window rail. One bolt holds it on. That bolt is down towards the bottom on the door. Should still be able to get to that bolt with the door closed. Remove it.

Doing those two things and allowing them to move out of the way should allow you more access.
