Howdy there Kaintuck. Trying to visit EACH state with this help request. I've got a buddy who collects license plates. Last year he decided to try helping his neighbor (autistic/special needs boy) get a collection of his own. List at the bottom is just what he needs to finish it off. ANY & ALL plates are welcome. He says the boy just likes getting them no matter where they're from. If y'all can help, please P.M. me for his address. He'll be happy to reimburse you for postage if you want.
