Icp needs a min. of 500 psi to start. Back to the hpo system. Next time it won't start try unplugging the icp. If it starts there's your propblem.
I will check again tonight along with the oil filter cap. Should oil stay in the filter resevior or will it drain out?
Do yo still own the 69' stang?, I had one, yellow, Mach I, 390 Cobra, sold it for $900 in 1976 to get married.
