After glow plugs are off Alternator post should show 14.4 volts or better, I don't think it's is charging properly either. But I agree check the filter cap and filter, basically an hpo problem as a result of insufficient lp oil into HPO pump. Don't keep cranking it over and over without charging batteries up fully or you could melt FICM without enlists voltage of discharged batteries.
