The most likely suspect is one of the 2 blower motor speed resistors. One of the resistive coils could've broke and is shorting to ground. You can test this theory by unplugging the connector going to each of the speed resistors and seeing if the fuse holds.
do you have an idea where the resistor is under the dash?
and thamkyou both for your help i should be able to get to it in the next couple days and ill get back on here.
