In my sig is a 54 gmc with a cummins. It was owned and converted by a friend of mine who is a parapelegic (from the waist down) who ran it for years with hand controls. His daily driver is an 82 chev one ton diesel 4x4 and also a 65 impala ss. He does all his work himself and operates a john deere 350 dozer and the 3 small excavators he owns. He tows them with the 82, but used to do it with the 54. I'm thinking that's what you meant by a cripple mobile. I could see him doing something like that with a panel, but he wouldn't be caught dead in a ford.
thats exactly what i meant. i am also a parapalegic and i want to find a panel someday and make it a drive in kind of deal rather than transfer and disassemble the chair lie i do now in my DD. currently my pickup sits too high for me to get into. people tell me i should make it sit lower and all i can say is "why would i want to do that? i already spent too much money lifting it." lol. ill get around to it "someday"
