i went 5/5 on my 95 F150, i went beams and L springs in the front, and the flip in the rear ...

i say do the flip and the beams, and the L springs, and see how well you like it for awhile. I was going to go down another inch in the rear, but i decided not to and am happy with the results.

BTW, with my 5" rear drop, i didnt notch the frame... i just removed the bumpstops. Havent had any problems in 9 months of driving ...
