What is the Rear Axle Gear Ratio?

According to Ford if the GVWR is under 10,000 lbs the Horsepower is 385@5500RPM and Torque is 405@4500RPM.

While the GVWR'd vehicles over 10,000 lbs is Horsepower 316 @4179RPM and Torque 397@4179RPM.

I'm curious if there is a MPG difference between the different power ratings?
I have a 2012 F250 Superduty 4x4 Lariat, with the 6.2 liter gas engine, it also has the 10,000 GVWR (Not sure what that does to help me) it has the 3.73 electric locking rear end.

When I looked up the specs it said the motor had 385 HP and 405 ft/lb of torque.

No where did I se it was lower because of the 10,000 GVWR option.

How can I determine what the HP and torque is for my truck?

Without having it put on a dyno.

I just found this.

What is the point of less hp and torque on a truck with a higher GVWR?

Can the motor be tuned to get to 385/405 or more?
