Hi dont mean to hi jack but do you noticr that your truck does this most of the time if you start your truck and drop it in reverse really quick like when you are in a hurry before the engine has made to many rotations? I am have the same exact problem you are with my late 04 and that is when I see this problem the most. Drop it in gear quickly an ROMP ROMP ROMP ROMP like it has a big cam or then clears right up. never does when does it while driving or idling.
