yep I know the icp is on the turbo on this model which is why I havent checked it yet haha, but the truck is not surging at idle, it will just drop once and come back up

there has to be a load on the engine ex. when in drive/ reverse or stopping at a light in D, idle is fine


*EDIT* just reread your guys posts and reread mine, well I'm not having the idle drop when on the throttle so it could be the icp then?

what exactly am I looking for when I check out the icp sensor? just oil in the wires? im guessing that means the sensor failed internally and is letting oil pass
