If the part numbers were the same, the parts would be the same.

But...they aren't the same:

E0UZ-19B888-A = 1980/82 Econoline w/factory A/C.

E0TZ-19B888-B = 1980/82 F100/350 & Bronco w/factory A/C.

The basic part number (19B888) is the same, but the prefix and suffix are not.
