Not hard to find at all kiddo, when you know where to look. There's two different types, manual and electric. C Series Tilt Cabs used both these setups into the 1980's as did 1950/60's Passenger Cars.
btw: This is a later replacement bag. Originally, where it sez See-Clear and the windshield, instead of being opaque, was clear so you could see the amount of fluid.
