If it's the standard V-belt there should be 2 of them. When I redid my engine I just took a cord and wound it around the pulleys for each belt and measured the cord to get the general idea of length. As far as routing (I don't have A/C) the front pulley on the crank goes to the right as your looking at the engine to go around the power steering pump and the other back pulley goes to the left for the alternator. I don't have that air pump BS anymore. Took all that smog control stuff out when I rebuilt the engine. I suppose I should just get static pulleys but it seems to work for now.
