I just filled up for the first time yesterday. 4x2 Screw XLT, 3.15 axle. Mileage on the first tank was 16.9 mpg, almost exclusively city/commute driving which includes five miles of highway to work. The first trip after fill-up was 120 miles of combined highway/city/mountain and the trip computer reported 20.0 mpg. It seems to be providing advertised mileage.
