As far as I know, the panel frames are the same as the F100. The CV front isn't too wide if you use negative offset wheels. I just installed a 2005 CV in my '57 panel. With the wheels I am using the outside of tire to outside of tire measured exactly the same. I actually bought a Nova front clip to install in mine first, but the big issue with it is you have to cut the frame off then build new front radiator mounts, etc. As far as the Volare, it's almost as bad as far as cutting up the frame and I've heard some say that parts are getting hard to get. I chose the CV because it's new and the parts will be around longer than I probably will. It's a very easy installation and everything is Factory designed and installed. You just install the unit.
