Do you have some sort of issue with the king pin setup? If you're just doing it for the heck of it, it's a step down, in my opinion. Yes, the ball joint setup gives you easier alignment options, but it's nowhere near as durable as the king pins. Properly greased king pins can last well over a million miles.......
Needed parts would be the complete I-beams, radius arms, and spindles. If the spindles are newer than 85, you'll need matching calipers. Rotors, on the other hand, are the same from 73-96, aside from the 4.5" bolt pattern rotors for the F100.
While you're at it, might as well change the pivot bushings. They are very different between years. Radius arm bushings are pretty much all the same, and also should be changed.
