The stock exhaust manifolds are very restrictive on the 2V V10. I know the Banks kit is expensive the only thing thats really worth it from the banks kit IMO is the headers/y-pipe, I'd leave the rest. That said the Banks headers and y-pipe setup is still over a grand.

Since it sounds like you do your own wrenching (most guys into rockcrawlers do) I would look at getting a set of Hedman Headers for the 2V V10 in the SDs and make them fit. They are recommended for the F-series but I think you should be able to get them to fit. The Hedmans are around $500 for the ceramic set, the painted set is under $400. Since you already have a catback you don't need to worry about it. I'd bet that combo (assuming you have a proper sized catback) would put more power to the ground than your RV with the entire $2500 Banks kit.

The tune from 5Star will take care of ignition, air/ratio, trans, and etc.
