It's also the only day off a lot of people have off. To be able to put together a good group, with the travel time some have it is the most logical day to do a GTG. Also why it is in the afternoon, so everyone has time to get the families home and the kids ready for school the next day.

This was also open for over a month and not one thing has been said about another day or date other than what was presented. As it was originally set up....this is OUR group, everyone has equal input and is welcomed to make suggestions.

Not to offend anyone, I would like to see a HUGE turn out for this. We haven't had a good sized GTG in 2 years. If we can get something rolling we can look into different dates next year and maybe start an annual large GTG.
