Has anyone else received a letter from JD Powers and Associates asking you to take a survey of your dealer? They knew I had a new 2011 Ford and send a new crisp one dollar bill in hopes I complete the online survey.
I did, they wanted me to fill out a survey in regard to my motorcycle purchase. I threw it out and I will buy a bag of chips at work tomorrow from the vending machine.
