A & X Plan....I'm pretty sure don't allow the private party offer. I had a 500 dollar (Farm Bureau) when I bought mine truck and the dealer said no (cause of X Plan).

So I simply said OK....thanks anyway...I'll take my down payment check back and me and my good credit will be on our way.

Long story short they dug into the dealer hold back and I got them down 750 dollars more after they wouldn't take 500 off the top! Now I'm 100% sure they still made lots of money off me and could have take 1500 bucks off, but thats how it works.
