It sounds like it may have been a "bad run" truck to me. I hate it for you. I've owned each of the last 5 gen. F150's and have never even had a warranty issue. I've had a few minor factory recalls but that's it. My '11 was ordered on 3/17 and built on 3/31 and I haven't had any issues at all. No transmission shudder, no leaking front pump and my fuel mileage is slighly better than yours with a leveling kit and 34" tires. I wish my mileage was a little better but I knew what I was getting into when I went with bigger tires. On the bright side I get better mpg's than I did with my 06 5.4 with 33's.
