Tipton County folk - How would you describe "Pancho Chumley"?
Bluntly - the "STEALTH SHERRIFF" of Tennessee

He drives his personal four wheel drive truck - no sherriff car in sight.


And with those boggers - if he don't git ya his RADIO will. Ain't nowhere to run TO...
