Hey guys..I have a 91 f150 300 6....truck has been hesitating and cutting and almost shutting off out when taking off from a stop and then will take off and will run fine the rest of the time... its getting pretty bad as its doiing it everytime i go from a stop?

would a bad fuel pump do this?

or is it something else?
