The symptoms you describe could be caused by several things. Has it been harder to start hot? More smoke than usual? Have you checked your FICM voltage? Has the STC fitting on the HPOP been changed. 05,6,7 trucks are notorious for that fitting to fail. There is a thread in the tech folder for a hard/no start situation that you might want to familiarize yourself with.
