I wouldn't change the steering wheel. I don't think the stock wheel is all that big to begin with. Compared to many classic cars its small. Anyway the quality of most aftermarket wheels is sub par.
Your right it's not big at all but, for a bigger guy in a reg cab the inch or two more clearance from a smaller wheel would make driving abit more comfortable. IMO anyways.
