2005 Explorer Trouble codes HELP!!

Hello Gentleman,
I am new to the forum, but have owned Fords most of my life.
I will admit though, the newer cars are very intimidating to me.
I have no idea what it is I'm looking at under a hood anymore.
Recently, I traded in my 2000 Explorer for a 2005.
I owned the vehicle 2 weeks, went for gas and turned off the truck.
Tried restarting and nothing...DEAD!
My dad came by to jump me and when the truck started, the engine was rattling and knocking and shaking furiously.
I drove it to my mechanic doing 10 mph, with intermittent bursts of power.
He took one look at it and said I needed an engine.

Ok, I just emptied out my savings to buy this truck...so a new engine just can't be so.

What I did next, I never would have done under any other circumstances....but I was desperate.
I took her to the Ford dealer.

2 mechanics came over to me as I pulled in.
One entered the truck and started looking at codes.

I left my baby there for them to diagnose, and got a call the next day.
I needed a new engine....a $4800 engine!

ok, so I went to pick her up and found the top of the engine had been removed, right down to the head gasket I was told needed to be replaced.
Immediately, my suspicion was that they were going to charge me $4800 for a new engine and replace the head gasket.

I told them to put the truck back together and to call me when I can come get it.

Call it fate, call it an omen, but waiting for the truck to be put back together, I saw an infomercial for CarMD and bought it.
I got the truck back yesterday, plugged the CarMD in, and got the following report:
