To check whether the hanging is mechanical (pins, pads, etc) or hydraulic (Master cylinder), get the brakes to hang up and then open a bleeder screw. If the brakes release, you've found the problem to be hydraulic.

At that point, it's either the lines (you already replaced) or the master cylinder.
