A superduty and that trailer are very close to the same weight so the trailer wont throw the truck around as much. The F150 is at least a 1000lbs lighter than the trailer, so without the proper hitch the trailer will over come the truck and throw it around. Use the right equipment and that truck will easily handle that trailer.
