All you need is two flat blade screwdrivers and an extra
set of hands.
With the release tool or two flat blade screwdrivers,
press inward on the plastic bushing that surrounds
the plastic hydraulic line until it bottoms out.
When you press on the plastic bushing, it spreads
some metal springy fingers outward which allows
the removal of the plastic hydraulic line.

make your own. Some clutch kits include the tool.
