You have an 04 truck which could have an 03 or 04 motor depending on production date. The 03 engine had a different turbo that's known for it's whistle. The 04 had a pretty decent whistle too, but not as much. As Cheezit said, there are numerous things that could cause a whistle and it may or may not even be a problem at all.
