Some 1967's used the same oblong taillamps as 1967/72 F100/350 Stylesides, 1969/74 Econolines, 1967/77 Bronco's.

But if no side mouldings are present, and it has round taillamps, tellin' one year from another by lookin' at it is impossible.
My clue that it is a 63 or newer is the amber turn signal lense on the front drivers side.
