I gasket match ported my intake and exhaust manifolds when I did my last set of heads. I can't say that I necessarily noticed any significant gains but I was able to hit 517 rwhp when 476 had been my previous best, so I guess it was something. I really don't think it's worth the effort on a forced induction engine though. Just MHO.
