Exclamation 96 Ranger clutch slave cylinder issue

Hey all.

I just recently replaced a leaking slave cylinder in my 96 Ranger. Not my first slave replacement by any means, but having an intermittant issue.

After everything was reassembled and bled, I drove the truck for about a week with no problems. Now, after driving for about 40 miles, the clutch pressure fades until the clutch stops disengaging. I'll let it sit for about an hour or two and it has great pressure again. Only once have I had to top off the reservoir. No visible leaks from the master, reservoir or line. There was brake fluid dripping out from the bell housing the first time it happend, but that was it, none since then. I have another new slave in stock, but I don't want to rip this thing apart again if I don't have to.

This is stumping me and the techs I work with!!
