460 Crank snouts

Can someone explain to me the variations regarding 460 crank "snouts" ?

While I've built up a 460 and a 429 a few years back, I always used the stock cranks, and rods. So this was never an issue...

Swap rebuilt 460 into '95 F250.

Being an Old Jarhead and glutton for punishment, I've decided to replace the serviceable, but 186,000 + miles 351W with the E4OD transmission (Rebuilt 2 years ago) with a late model (1988 - 1997) 460...

Yea I had the daughter noise too awhile back... seems she felt it was me and her mother's fault we didn't put her into acting when she was 5 years old. So now at age 24...

Turns out I had a loose spark plug wire was not making a good connection
so the number 2 cylinder was running rough.

Rough Idle Temperture Related

1995 F250 w/351W.
no CEL, No OBD I codes (111 no errors KOEO & KOER)
Idle surges between 500 & 700 rpm.
When engine is cold and early in the Morning the idle surge is barely noticeable. However...

It did give me an excellent "perspective" on F150's of that era and the
newer turbo'd diesels are very fast.

Has anyone ever run across any data on the 0 to 60 elapsed time for a
RWD 1995 F250 351W w/an E4OD?

I found my 0 - 60 time to be 13.46 seconds.
(1995 F250 XLT Regular Cab, RWD 351W E4OD)
