the 94 and 95 had a weird ford pump, it wasn't an IH pump.

I am not sure why they changed for 96. I think it was mainly the T-stat issues they were having.

the 203 is way to effing hot, need to get like a 190 in there or something.

Remember that the air for the vents comes from the cowel right in front of the windshield.

The transmission requires the computer change and re-pinning the connector.

There is no pysical cable to open a throttle body and inject fuel.

If you're having trouble starting, chances are that your glow plugs are going or your glow plug...

none of the driveline parts are interchangeable IIRC.

There are 50-60 part interchanges.

The front drive shaft might....

Different style pumps (as far as i know due to lubricity/dirt)
