There's a member here that has a 4-53T in a 2wd F250, from what I recall, it was done by a detroit dealer back in the 70's

What did you pay for the truck? That right there could cover your purchase price, and then some... I have seen just the intake, no carbs, go for over $500, complete setups can run $1000-2000 range!
