lube all the rubbers with silicone spray and the window won't bind in the track and flex/break parts. amazing how well it works, even better when you do it from new. :)

I wouldn't be concerned about them cracking from the extra pressure, from my own observations (not an engineer) the metal sleeve will not "hold" the bushing in position, it acts as a smooth surface...
