From what I can tell there's no voltage to the brown and white wire going to the rear pump, assuming that's the one that should have 12v.

Yea I found a 95 f150 dipstick but after research on here its 6" too short. On cold start for many miles it shifts fine so I'm clinging to hope... Lol
