All the part numbers for the DRW are in the 1952 supplement to the 1948-51 parts catalog. Most of the part numbers are listed in the 1948-60 Master parts catalog....

16" wheels will fit no problem. My Dana 70B came out of 1969 F-350 equipped with front discs and factory lock ring 16" wheels. 16.5" was just more the standard equipped wheels. 16" was available.

The Canadian vins are stamped on the drivers side rail by the steering box and again 3-4 feet further down the frame rail under the cab.

That would have to be 1952 trim as the 1951 would also have F-7 or F-8 on it. The 1952 had the separate badge for the model.
