you are now overcharged. Also, check your blend door operation, if the hot air is mixing over the evaporator cooling is very inefficient. I doubt the condenser is that clogged but cleaning will help....

When checking the solenoid, I assume it should hold vacuum when closed and vacuum should pass through when open? I have tested mine and when in the normally closed position it will not hold vacuum....
