After replacing the O2 sensors, do the cold & warm idle relearn, then the Ford emissions monitor reset drive cycle @ the bottom of post 7 & see if the monitors will reset & no more trouble codes....

The MAF sensor has the intake air sensor built in, so if either are corrupted as temps rise, it can mess with fuel trim, so add the MAF & IAT sensors to your drive watch list.

I agree given the slow O2 sensor response codes, former life at possible long idle times & the 75K miles on it, the O2 sensors likely belong high up on the replacement parts list.
