B20 is not an additive, but a designation that the diesel is blended with 20% biodiesel. B50 is 50% biodiesel, B99 is 99% biodiesel, and so on.

Did you check the other pumps at that station?...

I went from the 6637 to an S&B, and I am pleased with the switch. While the 6637 filtered and flowed well, I just never liked the way it just sat there, bare and exposed in the engine compartment....

Your '03 has more negative offset to clear leaf springs, assuming the '08 wheels are from another 8 lug F-series. I think you would need to run a spacer, and then consider the amount they'll stick...
