You don't really need a rear sway bar with parallel leaf springs. That said, I did run a rear sway bar on my 48 F-3 converted to F-1 with Volare front suspension. It made the truck handle better...

That's similar to what I do with my blue dots....

That's similar to what I do with my blue dots. Technically they are illegal in New Hampshire so after the truck is inspected with stock lenses I put the blue dots back in...:)

Check on Ebay. I bought one there. Just search for Volare PS hose. I used a stock 89 Chrysler 5th Avenue power steering pump which is made by Saginaw. :)

IMHO, it is VERY unlikely his 9 inch came out of anything other than a truck. Not that it can't be done, but 9 inch rears from cars are generally too narrow for a truck. :)

Haven't used their power brake booster but did get a rear disc brake kit from them. Worked out very well and all the parts seemed to be quality made. :)
